Who is Love International:

During the Covid-19 pandemic, schools in the Philippines were closed for
two years, and 450 private schools were driven out of business. Now 90%
of fifth graders in the Philippines are only reading at a 1 st grade level. An
even bigger crisis is that everywhere in the world more kids know who
Ronald McDonald is than who Jesus is.
Love International’s mission is: “We are honoring God and making
disciples through a child sponsorship program. The program supports
economically disadvantaged children grades K-6th grade directly, and
through a library ministry. We are teaching children to know Jesus
through bible lessons, equipping children for prosperity through
reading lessons, feeding children by providing meals, and building the
next generation of great Godly leaders through living out the
command of Jesus: “love one another; as I have loved you” (John
13:34).”.

Each library session includes: an opening and closing prayer, praise and
worship songs for kids, bible lessons, reading lessons, and a meal for the
kids and reading teachers. We aim to have a “Mini-Vacation Bible Study” at
each library session. The library was started in March 2022 by donations
from a small group of believers who sent over 4,000 books to the
Philippines, and now has a main library, and 3 book-mobile locations, and
has had over 5,736 Discipleship Encounters (kids served, including repeat
customers)! All of our library kids are improving in school and they all know
who Jesus is, why he came, and what a disciple is!… We are making Jesus
as famous as Ronald McDonald!!!

The non-profit, Love International, was formed in January, 2025 to
implement a sponsorship program to support and grow this ministry until
Jesus comes again!

The current Board of Directors of Love International includes: Carl Robb –
President, Anthony Byrd – Vice President, Jesse Moon – Secretary, Yvonne
Stiles – Treasurer, Shannon Delefosse – Director, and Kyle Sanders –
Director.
